Description
Class Length: 8 weeks, 6pm – 9pm each Thursday
Class Description: A sculpting class where students are encouraged to create larger-than-life, absurd, or obscured versions of human anatomy. Discussions will be had about content and how your sculpture tells it’s own story and how the finish of the work helps push that message. Beginner to intermediate students with some or no knowledge of human anatomy are welcome.
Age Limitations: Ages 16 & Up
Supplies Included: Tuition covers low-fire clay, and a bisque firing. We do not provide low fire glazes but will discuss alternative finishing applications.
Additional Supplies: A basic ceramic tool kit is available for purchase at the store for $30, Students are encouraged to purchase other sculpting tools suggested in the below list.
