Pottery Wheel Discovery Night – September 26th

Class Length: One day, 6pm -8:30pm on September 26th

Class Description: Ever wanted to try the pottery wheel? This is your chance! Pottery Wheel Discovery Night is a fun, beginner-friendly introduction to one of the most rewarding (and addictive!) forms of ceramics. Whether it’s been on your bucket list for years or you’re simply looking for a unique night out, our instructor will guide you through the basics of throwing on the wheel in a relaxed, encouraging environment.

You’ll learn how to center clay, shape a vessel, and experience the magic of transforming a lump of clay into something entirely your own. Don’t worry if your first pot isn’t perfect—every potter starts exactly where you are, and half the fun is getting your hands dirty and enjoying the process! We’ll provide all the materials, tools, glazing, and firing, and you’ll have one or two finished pieces to pick up once they’ve been professionally glazed and fired. This is more than just a one-night experience—it’s the perfect first spin on the wheel. Many of our students discover they can’t wait to come back and learn more in one of our weekly ceramics classes. Come see why so many people fall in love with clay!
